Paying Your Dues Online
To pay your dues online, you must
first register for the Homeowner Portal through DAMC via email invitation.
Trying to attempt the "initial login" on the homepage will not work.
To register yourself for the website, please contact DAMC via email, with your address, email information and contact information, or call at
210-561-0606 and ask to be registered for the Diamond Estates website. Attempting
to enter an account number will not work.

Website!
The HOA for the Diamond Estates is
the non-profit Corporation that governs the neighborhood Diamond Estates. As a
reminder, the website is offered as a value-added service of information. None
of the information is to be considered the official Governing Documents or
Minutes of the Corporation. Items may have been updated, and are only
considered official when received from the Managing Agent, which it managed
through our Association Management Company, Diamond Association Management
& Consulting, or DAMC.
An important
factor of the HOA is the Architectural Control Committee, ACC, which must
review all improvements and new construction within the Diamond Estates. Please
submit plans 30 days prior to the commencement of the project. Be aware that
any projects started or completed without the approval of the ACC may be
subject to be removed at your expense and converted back to its original state
