Unsupervised under age swimming is NOT ALLOWED! All swimmers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult Member at all times. No Exceptions.   Alcoholic beverages are not allowed within the Pool enclosure. Smoking is not allowed within the Pool enclosure.

Pool Schedule:
Pool will open for Spring Break Week. The Pool is CLOSED every Wednesday for maintenance & chemical cleaning. The pool may be closed for emergencies, repairs or from safety concerns without notice.

Pool Hours:
Daily 6:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M.
(except Wednesdays)

Key Cards:
Key cards will only be issued after confirmation the Members are in good standing (homeowners assessments are paid) and after a waiver of liability is signed by each adult Member.
NOTICE:  Assessments that are not paid in full by the indicated due date will have their pool key cards deactivated until account is paid current.
PAYMENT PLANS:  Until the account is paid in full the key cards will remain deactivated.

Please Note: Pool attendants are not responsible for confirmation of assessment payments; this confirmation must be completed at the main office during regular business hours Monday – Friday

POOL ETIQUETTE

Residents are reminded that the pool is our greatest asset. It is for the use of all homeowners for their enjoyment and safety. To that end, please make sure that you have your pool cards for access; these are valuable passes that allow entrance to our facility.

Please remember to follow all rules at the pool which include but not limited to proper swim wear, no one under the age of 18 allowed without adult supervision, no smoking, and no alcoholic beverages. We ask that all residents adhere to these rules as without lifeguards it is an honor system.

The recreation facilities belong to ALL homeowners of Laurel Mountain Ranch. Accordingly we expect that all residents and their guests will use the facilities with that in mind. Please report pool violations to our Community Association Administrator, (  ) during regular business hours Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (Names of violators or their pool key card access numbers are required for follow up)
